Leads Depot provides marketing lead data for solar sales professionals, including homeowner contact information and qualifying details. While we aim to provide accurate and high-quality data, we do not guarantee appointments, sales, or conversions, as results depend on your follow-up and sales process.

We offer a 95%+ data accuracy guarantee. If you receive leads with invalid phone numbers or emails, you may request replacements within [7 days] of delivery. Replacements are provided for data accuracy issues only.

All leads are generated through various marketing channels and have shown interest in solar within a recent timeframe (typically 7–30 days). Leads are not guaranteed to be exclusive unless explicitly stated.

By using our services, you agree to use the data for lawful business purposes and comply with all applicable regulations, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws. You may not resell or distribute the data without permission.

All payments are processed securely, and due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we do provide replacements for verified data issues. Leads are typically delivered within 12–24 hours after purchase.

Leads Depot is not responsible for any business outcomes, including missed opportunities or revenue loss. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
