Leads Depot provides marketing lead data for solar sales professionals, including homeowner contact information and qualifying details. While we aim to provide accurate and high-quality data, we do not guarantee appointments, sales, or conversions, as results depend on your follow-up process, sales ability, and external factors outside of our control.

We offer a 95%+ data accuracy guarantee. If you receive leads with invalid phone numbers or email addresses, you may request replacements within seven (7) days of delivery. Replacements are provided only for verified data accuracy issues.

All leads are generated through various marketing channels and represent individuals who have shown interest in solar within a recent timeframe, typically between 7 and 30 days. Leads are not guaranteed to be exclusive unless explicitly stated.

By using our services, you agree to use all data provided for lawful business purposes and to comply with all applicable regulations, including but not limited to TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws. You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse the data without prior written permission from Leads Depot.

All payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we do provide replacements for verified data issues. Leads are typically delivered within 12–24 hours after purchase.

Leads Depot is not responsible for any business outcomes, including missed opportunities, lost revenue, or unsuccessful sales. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

📱 SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number through our website or lead forms, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from Leads Depot related to your inquiry or services requested. Leads Depot provides solar lead generation services for sales professionals, and SMS communication is used to follow up on requests, provide service-related information, and offer customer support.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the message “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to receive messages again, you may opt in through our forms as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
